9. IMPORTANT — PET SAFETY AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The safety and wellbeing of every pet is important.

Pet products are not universally suitable for every animal. Pets differ in size, weight, age, breed, temperament, strength, behavior, chewing habits, health, mobility, and individual needs.

Before allowing a pet to use any product purchased from The OmniPaw, the customer is responsible for carefully reading and following all product instructions, warnings, labels, sizing guidance, assembly instructions, maintenance instructions, and other safety information supplied with or relating to the product.

The customer is responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual pet and intended environment.

Where appropriate, customers should consult a veterinarian or other qualified professional before using a product where an animal's health, medical condition, mobility, dietary needs, behavior, or other individual circumstances may affect suitability.

10. Supervision

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate supervision when a product is being used by a pet, particularly where the product:

• Can be chewed
• Contains removable components
• Includes straps, cords, openings, fasteners, moving parts, or attachments
• Is intended for climbing or elevated use
• Is used for restraint, transportation, containment, feeding, or play
• Could become damaged through repeated pet use

A product should not be left with an unsupervised pet where supervision is recommended by the manufacturer, product instructions, or reasonable safety considerations.

11. Inspection and Continued Safe Use

Customers are responsible for inspecting products:

• Before first use
• After assembly
• Periodically during use
• After unusual or forceful pet interaction
• Whenever visible wear or damage occurs

Immediately discontinue use of any product that is damaged, broken, excessively worn, unstable, missing components, improperly assembled, or otherwise appears unsafe.

Products should not be modified, altered, or used for a purpose for which they were not designed.

12. Assembly

Where assembly is required, the customer is responsible for properly assembling the product in accordance with the supplied instructions.

Before allowing a pet to use an assembled product, customers should ensure that:

• Components are correctly installed
• Fasteners are secure
• The product is stable
• Safety mechanisms are correctly engaged
• No packaging or assembly materials remain accessible to the pet

The OmniPaw is not responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for harm resulting from incorrect assembly, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, misuse, lack of appropriate supervision, continued use after damage becomes apparent, or use of a product for an unintended purpose.

13. Product Suitability

It is the customer's responsibility to review product measurements and suitability before purchase and use.

Sizing labels such as “small,” “medium,” or “large” should not be relied upon without reviewing the actual measurements or applicable product guidance.

The OmniPaw cannot know the individual characteristics, behavior, medical circumstances, or environment of every pet and therefore cannot guarantee that every product will be appropriate for every animal.

14. No Substitute for Professional Veterinary Advice

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products and information provided through The OmniPaw are intended for general consumer purposes and are not veterinary, medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice.

Questions regarding a pet's health or medical needs should be directed to a qualified veterinarian.

15. Customer Responsibility for Safe Use

By purchasing and using a product, the customer acknowledges that responsible pet ownership includes selecting appropriately sized and suitable products, following instructions, supervising use where appropriate, maintaining products, and discontinuing use when a product may present a safety concern.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The OmniPaw is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from:

• Failure to read or follow instructions or warnings
• Improper use
• Incorrect assembly
• Unauthorized alteration
• Use for an unintended purpose
• Failure to supervise a pet where supervision is appropriate
• Failure to inspect or maintain a product
• Continued use of a damaged or worn product
• Selection of an unsuitable size or product
• Pet behavior that could not reasonably be controlled by The OmniPaw

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Intellectual Property

The OmniPaw name, branding, logo, original website content, graphics, photography owned by The OmniPaw, written material, and other proprietary materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where legally permitted, these materials may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization.

17. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, or other content to The OmniPaw, you represent that you have the right to submit that material and that doing so does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

The OmniPaw may moderate or remove content that is fraudulent, misleading, abusive, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
